It's a wonderful, silly little book, all photographs of vegetables with remarkably human expressions. The Introspective Engineer is less fierce, more carefully engineered to delight obvious clients & minimize comfort to doubters of technology. The shock of battle, having a tank shot out from under them, the discovery of the horrors of the concentration camps, all generally reflecting the history of the 11th Armored Division, are covered in this excellent book. The insight into the underbelly world of the mob and fight fixing was something I knew about but now can put together with names and faces. Ok, so far, not an earthshattering finding.
