The stories are sometimes embarrassing, but his honesty and frankness are a key part of what defines a successful leader in an open organization.Even better, to my mind, are the examples that Whitehurst shares of other companies and leaders on the cutting edge of the open organization model. Very well done.. The reality of the dangers faced everyday and taken for granted by those on the beach. It manages to be of interest to readers of all levels and backgrounds, acting as a guide and trusted mentor to some, and industry peer and focussed critic to others.A fair bit of the advice can equally be of interest to those who do not plan to work as a coach. Amazing book! Captivating pictures and content! Great tool for teaching children and adults the importance of bees! FIVE STARS!!!. By the end I didn't want it to end and it's a book I know I will read again multiple times.. This is a great start, and I hope they can cover China in future. This should be required reading for the key political leaders and policy makers in the developing world. I could have did without so much focus on Ransom, but this is a series and all the sisters lives seem to be intertwined with the Creed brothers so it will be interesting to see how it plays out for the other sisters..
