Great book, but I am biased. Perhaps via teevee? Difficult to guess. Visiting Egypt, he acknowledges Aswan as problem, but goes on perhaps too long/hopefully about retro-patching damages done (excessive fear of "paralysis" = unnecessary failures of timely restraint?).
