This book is weak in its reporting and writing and fails to mention many of the current "in the news" health concerns (and promised solutions) for the elderly.. Where mankind's unique lunacies are simultaneously coddled and dismissed. I would recommend this book for others who are ready to attempt new methods for cooking and for those that don't have any hint, it is an ideal book
