This book goes deep into the motivations of manipulators and shows you how easy it is to deny the manipulation. Fantastic book! I'm so please that I was able to find a copy. Excelent book to understand the autism.. The children of hurin is great here, but it is more developed in the book that treats this story alone (which i also own and enjoyed). I think it still has potential to be more, though.. Pictures of the flowers are not in color which would really help when trying to id.. This book is delightful. Written in a style that is interesting and informative, the author guides teens through all the steps - from assessing interests and personality traits and researching the jobs that seem to suit, to how to keep a job after it is obtained. A perfect illustration of this sunk-cost fallacy has been happening with President Bush and Congress. basically she doesn't let the hero (at the very least) treat her like crap, when she makes a decision she sticks to it, she's relatable, and rational. It is unlike any other story
